Shipping Policy
At Cool Weird Wonderful we ship your order as soon as we can (usually the next business day.) Wherever possible we use recycled or biodegradable/compostable packaging. We will make every effort on our end to package your items safely to minimise the risk of breakages, although once the package is in the hands of Australia Post or another carrier we are no longer liable for breakages.
Australia-wide Shipping
Our delivery fees are included in the product price unless otherwise stated. If you purchase more than one item we will only charge the exact postage and any overpayment will be refunded. We will ship your order in 1-2 business days. If you would like your order quicker we can offer Australia Post Express Service. When express is chosen, we will ship your order within 1 business day (same day if possible) and it will be delivered as fast as possible with Australia Post express service.
Australia Post will leave your order in a secure location at your address. If you have any specific requirements please let us know in the 'Delivery Instructions' box at checkout or drop us an email. Please note that Australia Post use their discretion with deliveries and if there's nowhere secure to leave the order, they may take it to the Post Office. If you change your mind after the order is shipped, you can always update your shipping preferences with the 'MyPost' portal provided by Australia Post.
If Australia Post does not deliver to your location, contact us so we can arrange an alternative carrier.
Please note that during busy periods (i.e. major promotions, sale periods and Christmas) our handling times may increase by a day or two as we try to get through everything. We'll do our very best to get everything out the door as quickly as possible, but if you have any concerns or questions please contact us!
International Shipping
International shipping is available. Please contact us to arrange a quote to get your items shipped to you.
Local Pickup
We offer local pickup so if you would like to pick up your item from Kilmore, you can do so from our office address. Please contact us if you would like to pick your items up.
DELIVERY TERMS
1. We will process all orders within 1-2 working days. Sale periods or site wide promotions may impact handling times. Please select Express Post if you want to guarantee quick dispatch.
2. Within Australia your delivery will be received within 1-7 days. In more remote and regional areas this can take longer. Please allow up to 10 working days to receive an order. Tracking numbers will be provided on your shipping confirmation email and these can be used to track your order with Australia Post. You can check your estimated delivery time on the Australia Post website.
3. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.
4. We use only reputable delivery companies, however, we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
5. For delivery within Australia, standard post is charged based on combined weight of all items.
9. Missing or un-delivered parcels need to be reported to us within 30 days within Australia. Any orders returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office will be refunded for the product component only. You need to contact us to arrange re-delivery within 30 days of dispatch, after which the refund will processed.
Returns & Exchanges
If you have any issues with your purchases, please contact us in the first instance so that we can resolve the issue. If an item has a manufacturing fault or any missing components please let us know via email at coolweirdwonderful@gmail.com and we will send out a replacement item or issue a refund. As all of our items are unique, the replacement item will not be exactly the same, however we are happy to work with you to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
