Indoor planter made from recycled paper. Light and resistant to damage unlike other materials such as ceramic, glass or clay. All ethically hand made by a strong team of women through a fair trade project where each employee is given the opportunity to take care of their children while earning an income working from home. The interior of all our pots and vases are lined with natural rubber to make them waterproof and sturdy. The exterior is water resistant. The pots are designed to fit Australian standard plastic pots used by growers. Once plastic pots are placed in the paper pots you can water the plants while they are in the pots (no need to take them out.) The interior of the paper pot will dry naturally. For fresh flower arrangements: all our pots are designed to contain water as well. It can sustain water for up to 3 weeks after which it should be emptied and dried (sunlight or with a dry cloth.)
